Airport transfer

Nice, Cannes-Mandelieu, Marseille, Toulon and the Italian airports.

Airport transfers are what we do most, and where the details matter most. A flight shifts, a bag is slow off the belt, one terminal gets mistaken for the other: what separates a transfer that works from one that doesn't rarely has much to do with driving. So we work backwards. For an arrival, we start from your flight number, tracked live, and move the pick-up to the actual landing time — without you having to tell us, and without charging for the wait. For a departure, we start from your check-in deadline rather than the take-off time, and add whatever margin the traffic on that route demands that day. Nice Côte d'Azur comes first, but we also serve Cannes-Mandelieu for business aviation, Marseille Provence, Toulon-Hyères, Saint-Tropez La Môle and, long-distance, Genoa, Turin and Milan Malpensa.

What you can count on

We check your actual arrival time before every pick-up. A delay is never charged to you.

In practice

How we work

Meeting you in the arrivals hall

At Nice as elsewhere, the driver waits in the arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim, holding a board with your name. It is the most reliable meeting point: the kerbside drop-off is regulated, time-limited and often gridlocked. You get the driver's first name and direct number before you land, so you can find each other even in a crowded hall. If you would rather be met outside, say so and we agree a precise spot.

Terminal 1 or Terminal 2

At Nice the two terminals are about two kilometres apart, linked by a free shuttle. Getting it wrong costs a quarter of an hour, with your luggage. Your terminal is on your ticket: give it to us when you book. The same applies at Malpensa, whose two terminals are far apart, and at Marseille Provence.

The price does not move

The fare is based on distance and quoted when you book. It covers the pick-up, flight tracking, waiting time if you are late, luggage and tolls. There is no meter, no night, weekend or public-holiday surcharge, and no supplement for luggage or a child seat. That matters particularly on an airport transfer, where delay is the norm rather than the exception.

Bulky luggage

Ski bags, golf clubs, diving gear, instruments, pushchairs: tell us when you book. This isn't paperwork, it decides which vehicle we send. A saloon takes three suitcases and three cabin bags; beyond that, or with awkward equipment, it's the van.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions — Airport transfer

Do I need to tell you if my flight is late?

No. We track your flight number in real time and the pick-up shifts automatically. Waiting time caused by an aircraft delay is never charged. There is nothing for you to do.

How early should I leave for my flight?

It depends on the airport, the route and the time of day. We work the time back from your check-in deadline, allowing for predictable traffic, and tell you when we quote. You can always ask for extra margin.

Do you serve the Italian airports?

Yes: Genoa about 2 hr 30 from Nice, Turin 3 hr 30 and Milan Malpensa 4 hr. These are long-distance journeys, tolls included and price fixed in advance.
