These terms govern the private hire passenger transport services provided by Onyx Transport, a company registered on the French register of VTC operators under number {{TODO_CLIENT}}.
All services are provided by prior booking only. In accordance with the regulations applicable to private hire vehicles in France, no journey is taken on by plying for hire or by waiting for custom on the public highway.
Confirmation of a booking by the client constitutes acceptance of these terms.

E-mail à fournirBookings are made by form, telephone, messaging or email. A booking becomes firm after written confirmation by Onyx Transport stating the journey, the date, the time, the vehicle and the price.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, in particular the pick-up and destination addresses, the number of passengers and items of luggage, and the flight or train number. An incorrect address or a quantity of luggage greater than that declared may cause delay, require a change of vehicle or make the service impossible to perform.

E-mail à fournirThe price is agreed before departure and appears on the booking confirmation. It is firm and final. It covers pick-up at the agreed place, the journey, the declared luggage, tolls, fuel and waiting time caused by a duly established flight or train delay.
No surcharge applies by reason of the hour, the day of the week, a public holiday, the declared quantity of luggage or the provision of a child seat.
The price may be altered only where the client requests a change after confirmation: a route change, an additional stop, a change of vehicle or an extension of hourly hire. Any price change is notified to the client before it is applied.
The rates shown on this site are indicative and presented as “from” prices. They are calculated on a per-kilometre basis for a saloon car one way and do not constitute a firm offer.

E-mail à fournirFor a pick-up at an airport or station, Onyx Transport tracks the actual time of the flight or train and adjusts the pick-up time accordingly. Waiting time resulting from a delay by the carrier is not charged.
For a pick-up at an address, a grace period is allowed. Beyond that, waiting may be charged on the following terms: {{TODO_CLIENT}}.
Where the client is absent at the agreed place and time without having given notice, the journey may be treated as performed and charged in accordance with the late cancellation terms set out in Article 5.

E-mail à fournirThe client may cancel or amend a booking on the following terms: {{TODO_CLIENT}} — cancellation deadlines free of charge, fees applicable to late cancellation, and refund arrangements.
Onyx Transport may be obliged to cancel a service in the event of force majeure, a road closure, weather conditions making the journey dangerous, a breakdown or the unavailability of a driver. In that case the client is informed as soon as possible and the service is not charged. An alternative is offered where one is possible.

E-mail à fournirThe driver chooses the route he considers most appropriate given traffic conditions, unless the client requests otherwise before departure, which may alter the price.
The number of passengers may not exceed the number of seats shown on the vehicle registration document. Seat belts must be worn. Child restraint devices are provided on request made at the time of booking.
Smoking and vaping on board are prohibited. The driver is entitled to interrupt the service in the event of dangerous behaviour, threats or damage to the vehicle, the fare remaining payable.
Animals are accepted provided they have been declared at the time of booking.

Valuables, documents, electronic devices and cash should not be left in the vehicle. In the event of loss, the client is invited to contact Onyx Transport as soon as possible. Items found are kept for {{TODO_CLIENT}} and returned on presentation of proof.

The payment methods accepted and the time of settlement are as follows: {{TODO_CLIENT}}. For business clients holding an open account, invoicing is monthly and accompanied by a receipt for each journey.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a complaint may be addressed to Onyx Transport. Failing an amicable settlement, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator named in our legal notice.
