Nice Airport → Cannes transfer

Twenty-seven kilometres on the A8, half an hour in normal conditions. The journey is simple; the arrival less so. For eleven months of the year you drop off without difficulty outside the Croisette hotels, at the Suquet or at the station. But during the Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM, MIPCOM or Cannes Lions, the district around the Palais des Festivals switches to filtered traffic, drop-off points move and journey times double over the final kilometres. A driver who knows the period does not come in along the Croisette on those days: he arrives via Boulevard Carnot or Rue d'Antibes and drops as close to the open access as he can. The rest of the year it is one of the smoothest transfers on the coast, with the A8 at rush hour as the only thing to watch.

The indicative rate is 49 € one way in a saloon car — 27 kilometres at 1.8 € per kilometre. That covers pick-up at your address or in the arrivals hall, flight or train tracking, waiting time if your transport is late, luggage and tolls.

There is no meter, no night, weekend or public-holiday surcharge, and no luggage supplement. The firm price is confirmed with your quote and does not change afterwards: only a route change you ask for mid-journey can alter it, and we tell you before it does. A van or an executive saloon is priced differently and quoted accordingly.
